Digital Automatic Transfer Control Panel [DATCP] is a special device designed to protect up to 4 ACU motors including dual – Air Conditioning Systems.

Its special design enables the AC Unit motor to function continuously and alternately at a specific preset period of time using the Programmable Digital Timer. This will automatically transfer the workload to the other AC Unit motor if malfunction occur in one AC unit motor. In the event of extreme and rapid two lines power fluctuation or a sudden voltage interruption, this special device has a built in solid state circuit sensor that monitors the power supply until the power stabilizes and enable the AC units to return to their normal operation. It also has a temperature sensor that enables the users to set the desired temperature inside the room. This device saves up to 30% on electric bills. [more info]

Electronic Motor Protector - Protection and Monitoring System

Composed of four sets of innovative electronic circuit boards for more efficient motor protection against damaging effect of power supply fluctuations.

PRODETECH DCTS with Digital Temperature Control is designed to alternately operate Aircon units at certain preset period of time and transfer automatically the workload from one aircon unit to the other in the event of aircon malfunction. In cases of severe main two line supply fluctuations or a return from power blackout, DCTS has an internal watchdog circuitry that waits on the two main line supply to stabilize before energizing the aircon units (enhanced power-on delay). A built-in temperature control device senses the room temperature and activates both aircon units in case of persistent high temperature. [more info]
 

TRIPPER II
Electronic Motor Protector

TRIPPER II is designed to protect electrical equipment from burn-out due to power abnormalities or disturbances and helps reduce maintenance and repair cost for more efficient operation.

FUNCTION
When a motor is in operation under normal conditions the LED visual indicator labeled "Normal Power" is lighted on with green light. Thus, any abnormality or unfavorable condition on the power line side will be detected by the sensors and an output relay is activated resulting to trip-off the motor and will indicate whether Over-voltage, Under-voltage or Single Phasing has taken place. Furthermore, when the power goes back to its normal level, the LED under "Standby" will light up automatically to indicate time / power-on delay before normal power operation during brown-outs or sudden voltage interruptions.
